AGREEMENT OF TERMS:

By visiting, ordering from or using this website, you expressly agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing this website. If these Terms and Conditions are violated, TNT Tickets INC. reserves the right to prevent your future use of this website, cancel your ticket order and/or take appropriate legal action and remedies available that may be necessary. This agreement will be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in that State. Any court of competent jurisdiction located within the Province of Alberta, will be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement.You hereby waive any argument that any such court does not have jurisdiction over any dispute or that the venue in any such court is not appropriate or convenient. TNTTickets.ca Inc., will be entitled to recover its court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses incurred in any litigation brought to enforce any term of this agreement. In the event that any check, credit card or other form of payment you tender to TNTTickets.ca Inc. is declined or refused, or if you fail to pay for any tickets or services, we shall be entitled to the costs of collection including court costs and reasonable attorney fees and expenses.

INDEMNITY:

You agree to indemnify and hold TNTTickets.ca and our subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by you and/or any third party(s) due to or arising out of your use of this website or breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

TICKET PURCHASE POLICY:

Pursuant to Alberta Law, TNTTickets.ca discloses that the purchase price of the tickets contains a service charge or profit which has been added to the face value of the tickets. As of the date of your purchase, TNTTickets.ca is not contractually obligated to provide the tickets at a certain price, and may not be able to supply tickets at the price or range of prices identified or advertised on this website. All orders are subject to ticket availability. TNTTickets.ca agrees to use its best efforts to procure and to deliver the tickets described, prior to the date of the event. TNTTickets.ca also reserves the right to replace tickets with comparable or upgraded tickets if the original tickets are not available. Definitions of "comparable" and "upgraded" are made at the sole discretion of TNTTickets.ca. Should TNTTickets.ca fail to deliver to a BUYER the full quantity of tickets contracted for, TNTTickets.ca sole obligation or liability shall be limited to the return to BUYER of any deposits and/or payments for undelivered tickets previously made by BUYER to TNTTickets.ca under this Agreement. TNTTickets.ca reserves the right to cancel and refund the BUYER's order at any time for any reason. TNTTickets.ca shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages or for loss or expense directly or indirectly arising from TNTTickets.ca obligations under this Agreement, and BUYER agrees to waive any additional rights or remedies conferred upon it now or in the future under Alberta law. Due to the large volume of ticket sellers listing tickets on our site, on very rare occasions pricing errors may occur. Since TNTTickets.ca acts as an agent between the original ticket purchaser and the ticket end user, TNTTickets.ca shall not be liable for any pricing errors listed on this website. TNTTickets.ca does not guarantee any information provided by our licensed sellers in the 'Seller Notes' area of the ticket listings. Due to the large volume of ticket sellers listing tickets on our site, locations, descriptions and pricing of similar or equal tickets may vary. It will be the buyer's responsibility to verify any possible inconsistency or discrepancy in the ticket location, description, and/or price by calling TNTTickets.ca us at 780-426-7653 before the order is placed. Once an order is placed TNTTickets.ca will only accept returns for gross misrepresentations of the tickets described.

REFUND POLICY:

All sales are final. TNTTickets.ca acts as an agent between the original purchaser of the tickets and the end user of the tickets. A full refund of the purchase price will be given only for cancelled events. To qualify for a refund, the buyer must return the unused tickets to TNTTickets.ca within 30 days of event cancellation. No refunds will be given without the original tickets. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds for cancelled events must be requested within 30 days of the event cancellation. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded. Please note that we are not always notified if a show is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled. It will be the buyer's responsibility to confirm any changes to the date or time of the show with the sponser.

DELIVERY OF TICKETS:

Due to the nature of the ticket industry, we do reserve the right to deliver tickets as late as the day of the event. Last minute delivery service for delivery the day of the event may include but are not limited to: Will Call at the venue box office, secured courier to a hotel, or delivering tickets via an affiliate at a location outside the venue to be determined. If tickets have not been delivered within two days before the date of the event, please call our office at 780-426-7653 from 9am to 6pm PST, Monday through Friday, to receive delivery instructions. Photo ID may be required to accept deliveries in person. Please keep your tickets in a safe place. TNTTickets.ca is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage certain types of tickets.

NON-AFFILIATIONS:

TNTTickets.ca is an independent, privately owned company engaged in the business of buying and selling tickets for all events on a national and worldly scale. TNTTickets.ca is in no way affiliated with any box office or official organizers (e.g. FIFA, PGA, NBA, MLB, NCAA, etc) of the events for which we list tickets. The amount charged over the face value of the tickets is a reflection of the fair value as determined by the market.

CHANGES IN TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Please check this page of the website periodically for updates. TNTTickets.ca reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Posting updated Terms and Conditions on this site will make the new Terms and Conditions effective immediately and binding on all users of this website without exception.
